For the e-learning modules, you will need the following setup on your PC:

Internet Explorer 5.5 or above
(Please note that for Internet Explorer 8 and 9 you will need to ensure that the 'compatibility button' is pressed, in order to ensure that all functionality works correctly. See FAQs for details.)
Screen resolution
1024 x 768
(Please note that Netbooks with a 10" screen and/or a screen resolution of 1024 x 600 are not supported and you will not be able to view the content or navigation items properly).

Tabs
Users of IE 7 should go to Tools / Internet Options / Tabs / Settings and check that they have selected 'Always open pop-ups in a new window'.
Taskbar
The Taskbar (the bar at the bottom of the screen that includes the 'start' button) should be unlocked and only be one line high i.e. it should be the same height as the 'start' button. If it is any higher than this, there is a risk that scrollbars will not work properly and that some information may not display properly.
